The Train the Trainer: Foundations of Resilience course is designed for participants who have completed Foundations of Resilience and are ready to lead this work within their own organizations and communities.
This course builds on foundational knowledge by focusing on trauma-informed teaching strategies. Participants will deepen their understanding of how to effectively deliver resilience-based content using teaching principles focusing on safety, engagement, regulation, and connection. Emphasis is placed on modeling regulation strategies, fostering psychological safety in learning environments, and adapting delivery to meet diverse participant needs.
